Structural characteristics

1, the use of mid-line structure without eccentric design, with significant operating torque characteristics of low, the configuration of electric devices when the economy is significant;

5. The unique design of the molded rubber seat has excellent balance and support, effectively avoiding the damage to the rubber caused by uneven force. When the valve is fully closed, the rubber is in a good compression state to maintain zero leakage;

6. The rubber sealing surface of the two ports of the valve highlights the ductile cast iron flange surface, and the valve does not need additional rubber sealing gaskets during pipeline installation

The main structure of the butterfly valve is composed of the valve body, valve disc, valve seat, valve stem and transmission operating mechanism, etc. The valve seat adopts the deppable structure, and the corresponding high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, light resistance and aging resistance materials can be selected according to the physical and chemical characteristics of different media. The valve body is coated with epoxy resin powder by high-temperature electrostatic spraying on the inner and outer surfaces of the nodular cast iron shell. The coating has high corrosion resistance and high bonding strength with the nodular cast iron matrix. The coating degree is 0.2-0.5mm. It can be widely used in water and electricity, sewage, construction, air conditioning, petroleum, chemical, food, medicine, textile, paper, water supply and drainage and other fluid pipelines as regulation and closure. It can be changed by the material to apply to different media such as water, gas and oil, and the applicable temperature is -20 ~ 80℃. By replacing the valve plate seal ring, O-ring, butterfly plate, rotating shaft and other materials, can be applied to a variety of media and different temperatures.

Packing of Standard Packing: 

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
