The welded bellows gate valve adopts a unique double bellows seal design, which completely eliminates the problem of stem packing seal leakage and meets the most stringent leakage level requirements. If the bellows fails unfortunately, the packing seal on the valve rod is used for secondary sealing to prevent leakage. The bellows sealing structure not only eliminates leakage, but also requires no maintenance. If internal components need to be replaced, it is convenient, simple and fast. All components meet the standard and are interchangeable. The bonnet and bonnet are equipped with grease filling holes, which can lubricate the valve rod and nut sleeve. Bellows sealed globe valve adopts unique spherical cone valve core instead of traditional plane valve core, which can be used for manual rough flow control. The surface of valve core is hardened, which improves the sealing performance. The valve core can be installed vertically below DN150, and the valve core can be adjusted automatically. Bellows stop valve is applicable to the pipelines of petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, chemical fertilizer, electric power industry and other working conditions with nominal pressure of PN1.6-6.4MPa/150LB-800LB and working temperature of – 29-425 °, to cut off or connect the pipeline medium.

Packing of Standard Packing: 

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
