The bellows globe valve adopts the design of bellows seal, which completely eliminates the disadvantage of quick aging and leakage of ordinary valve stem packing. It not only improves the energy efficiency, increases the safety of production equipment, reduces maintenance costs and frequent maintenance, but also provides a clean and safe working environment. Bellows valve, because of its simple structure and low price, has almost no “competitors” so far. The only thing that can compete with the diaphragm valve is the so-called bellows invention, which is commonly referred to as the bellows valve.

The products are widely used in municipal construction, farmland water conservancy, thermal power generation, petrochemical industry, metallurgy and mining, fire protection and environmental protection, food, shipping, medicine, textile and other fields. Because of its high price, this kind of bellows valve is still difficult to compete with the diaphragm valve, even though it has better technical advantages than the diaphragm valve, as described in this article. This type of valve shall be installed horizontally in the pipeline.

(2) The sealing surface is welded with Co cemented carbide, with good corrosion resistance, wear resistance and long service life;
(3) The valve rod is quenched and tempered and the surface is nitrided, with good corrosion resistance and friction resistance;
(4) Double sealing, more reliable performance;
(5) The valve rod lifting position indication is more intuitive;
(6) Parts materials, flanges and butt welding dimensions can be reasonably selected according to actual working conditions or user requirements to meet various engineering needs.
