Electric fixed ball valve is a new generation of high-performance ball valve, suitable for long distance pipelines and general industrial pipelines, its strength, safety, resistance to harsh environment in the design of special consideration, suitable for a variety of corrosive and non-corrosive media. Compared with the floating ball valve, when working, the force generated by the fluid pressure in front of the valve on the ball is transferred to the bearing, and the ball will not move to the seat, so the seat deformation is small, the sealing performance is stable, and the service life is long, suitable for high pressure and large caliber occasions.

Advanced spring pre-seat assembly with self-tightening properties for upstream sealing. Each valve has two seats, which can be sealed in each direction, so the installation has no flow limit and is two-way. The valve has two block type and three block type body structure, the middle flange is connected by bolts, the seal is made of reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene inserted into the stainless steel ring, the rear of the ring is provided with a spring to ensure that the seat is close to the ball, keep the seal. The upper and lower valve stem are equipped with PTFE bearings to reduce friction and save effort in operation. There is no adjustment plate at the bottom of the small shaft to ensure the contact position of the ball and the sealing ring. The full diameter structure is used to make the valve flow hole consistent with the internal diameter of the pipeline, so as to clean the pipeline.

Design features:

1) Labor-saving operation: the ball is supported by the upper and lower bearings, reducing friction and eliminating excessive torque caused by the huge sealing load formed by the import pressure pushing the ball and the seal seat.

2) Reliable sealing performance: PTFE monosexual sealing ring is embedded in the stainless steel seat, and the metal seat is equipped with a spring at the end to ensure sufficient preload of the sealing ring. When the sealing surface is worn during use, the valve continues to ensure good sealing performance under the action of the spring.

3) Fireproof structure: In order to prevent the occurrence of sudden heat or fire, the polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring is burned, a large leak occurs, and fuel the fire, the fireproof sealing ring is set between the ball and the seat, when the sealing ring is burned, under the action of the spring force, the seat sealing ring is rapidly pushed to the ball, forming a metal and metal seal, and plays a certain degree of sealing effect. The fire resistance test meets the requirements of APl6FA and APl607 standards.

4) Automatic pressure relief function: When the stagnant medium pressure in the valve cavity rises abnormally above the preload force of the spring, the seat will retreat from the ball to achieve the effect of automatic pressure relief, and the seat will automatically reset after pressure relief.

5) Discharge pipeline: the valve body above and below are provided with drainage holes L, can check whether the valve seat leakage occurs, in the work, the valve is fully open or fully closed, remove the pressure of the middle chamber, can directly replace the packing; Can discharge the cavity retention, reduce the medium to the valve pollution. 6) The valve is designed with an auxiliary valve seat emergency sealing system. Once the seal is damaged or an emergency situation occurs and cannot be sealed, the sealing surface can be repaired by injecting the corresponding sealant into the sealing surface through the auxiliary sealing system to achieve emergency sealing. When the conveying medium is unclean or contains a small amount of particles, in order to protect the sealing surface and ensure a reliable seal, the device can also be injected with the corresponding cleaning agent or lubricant to clean the sealing surface
