Q361F Turbine reduced diameter welding ball valve product structure principle:

The valve is composed of a fully welded body and carbon reinforced Teflon gasket for frequent operation and long life in the presence of impurities and chemicals. The finely polished stainless steel ball can be opened and closed freely for many years, and the operation is reliable.

With a floating ball structure, inclined elastic washers ensure tight pressure on the ball, even in the case of unstable pressure, the valve can ensure tightness.

The leak-proof structure of the stem uses two "O" rings, which can be turned freely with the stem and sealed tightly.

Design features:

1) All welded ball valve, there will be no external leakage and other phenomena.

2) Because the seat is composed of carbonized Teflon sealing ring and dish spring, it has strong adaptability to pressure and temperature changes, and will not produce any slip within the labeled pressure and temperature range.

3) The processing process of the ball has advanced computer detector tracking and detection, so the processing accuracy of the ball is high.

4) Because the valve body material is the same as the pipeline material, there will be no uneven stress, nor will there be deformation due to earthquake and vehicle passing through the ground, and the pipeline is resistant to aging.

5) The sealing ring body is made of RPTFE material with 25%Carbon(carbon) to ensure complete no leakage (0%).

6) Directly buried welded ball valve can be directly buried in the ground, no need to build a large valve well, just set a small shallow well on the ground, greatly saving construction costs and engineering time.

7) The length of the valve body and the height of the stem can be adjusted according to the construction and design requirements of the pipeline.
