Design features:
Unique structural sealing more reliable inclined ball valve also known as "wedge ball valve", the use of overall top type of new structure. Under the action of the spring force, the sealing surface of the seat is closely fitted with the ball to form a reliable seal.
The stem shoulder structure can prevent the valve stem from falling off and ensure the upper sealing performance. The lower end of the valve stem is provided with a shoulder, which can prevent the valve stem from falling out when the internal pressure of the valve body rises abnormally. Under the action of spring and medium force, the stem shoulder presses the gasket to form an upper sealing effect.
Advanced fireproof, anti-static construction with fireproof metal rings between the ball and the seat. After the accidental fire seat is burned, the metal ring is pressed on the ball to play a sealing role. Ensure the safety of the system and prevent major accidents. The pretension spring on the upper part of the ball can transfer the static electricity generated by the friction between the ball and the seat into the ground through the wire. The valve has small opening and closing force, convenient installation and maintenance. The sealing of the valve stem packing box adopts the compression of the packing plane, the valve stem shoulder and the valve cover plane, and realizes the sealing by the pretension force of the spring and the compression force of the upper gland.
