Q11F is available in integral type, two-stage type and three-stage type. The valve body casting adopts advanced technology, with a reasonable structure and beautiful shape. The valve seat adopts an elastic sealing structure, which ensures reliable sealing and easy opening and closing. The valve stem adopts a bottom-mounted structure with an inverted seal. When the valve cavity abnormally increases in pressure, the valve stem will not be pushed out. A 90° switch positioning mechanism can be set up and locked as needed to prevent misoperation.

【 Product Application 】

The Q11F type PN16~PN63 internal thread ball valve is suitable for pipelines with a pressure range of PN1.0 ~ 4.0MPa and a working temperature range of -29 ~ 180℃ (with reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring) or -29 ~ 300℃ (with polystyrene sealing ring). It is used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. By choosing different materials, it can be respectively applied to various media such as water, steam, oil products, nitric acid, acetic acid, etc.

Packing of Standard Packing: 

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
