Features of metal sealed floating ball valve
1. The sealing surfaces of the ball and the valve seat are sprayed with nickel base hard alloy, carbide, nitride and other hard surface materials, which increase the wear resistance, scratch resistance and erosion resistance of the sealing surface in the working conditions with particles, high temperature and high pressure.
2. The spring loaded valve seat makes the valve seal stable and reliable.
3. Metal sealed ball and valve seat make the valve have intrinsic fire protection function.
4. Anti fly out valve stem design.
5. Class A or B low leakage packing can be used to meet the requirements of low leakage sealing (FE) of the valve.

Characteristics of metal sealed fixed ball valve
1. The sealing surfaces of the ball and the valve seat are sprayed with nickel based cemented carbide, tungsten carbide, chromium carbide, and coated with hard surface materials such as chromium nitride. In the working conditions with particles, high temperature, and high pressure, the wear resistance, scratch resistance, and erosion resistance of the sealing surfaces are increased.
2. The spring loads the valve seat, and the spring is equipped with an anti particle device to prevent particles from blocking the spring hole, so that the valve can operate stably and reliably.
3. The valve seat is a scraper structure, which can automatically scrape off the viscous attachments attached to the surface of the ball during the valve opening and closing process.
4. The ball and valve seat adopt 360 degree dead angle grinding method, with the surface reaching the mirror surface of Ra0.2, reducing the torque of the valve and improving the service life of the ball and valve seat.
5. The ball and valve seat of metal seal enable the valve to have fire protection function.
