The extended rod double release fully welded ball valve is a specialized product for natural gas pipelines. It is composed of double release pipes and a directly buried fully welded ball valve. The release pipes and the directly buried rod are manufactured according to customer requirements. There is one double release pipe on each side of the valve stem. During pipeline maintenance or repair, the excess medium can be released through the double release pipes to reduce pressure and protect pipeline safety. The double release type fully welded ball valve produced by our company features stable performance, simple operation, exquisite appearance and long service life. Its performance is beyond the reach of ordinary ball valves

4. When the valve is in the fully open or fully closed position, the discharge plug can be opened. When opening the discharge plug, please prepare a wrench to prevent the discharge plug from suddenly disengaging. The sealing integrity of the valve can be inspected by using the shut-off and discharge functions. If the discharge at one end of the valve cannot stop, it indicates that the valve seat may have leaked
