The slag lock valve is applicable to various pipelines, which is used to cut off or connect the fluid medium in the pipeline. Different materials are selected, which can be applied to non corrosive media, weak corrosive media, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing media, urea and other industries, especially for harsh working conditions including solid particle media, such as slurry, pulverized coal, ash and slag. The driving mode of slag lock valve is divided into manual, worm and worm drive, pneumatic or electric. The slag lock valve generally adopts flange connection, but also butt welding connection, screw connection and clamp connection or customized special process connection according to user requirements.

The slag lock valve has the characteristics of small fluid resistance, smooth flow, fast opening and closing, and easy automatic control, so it has been more and more widely used. Floating, fixed, V-type full series high-performance slag lock valves are widely used in coal chemical industry, polysilicon, petroleum, chemistry, power, metallurgy, cement, sugar, mining and other industries.

Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
