ZYC self-operated pressure differential control valve is a kind of hydraulic balancing valve with automatic constant pressure differential, which is used in centralized arch heating, central air conditioning and other water systems, which is conducive to the independent adjustment of each user and the end device of the controlled system, especially for household metering heating system and variable flow air conditioning system.
ZYC self-operated differential pressure control valve structure features
The body of ZYC type self-operated pressure differential control valve is composed of a double-channel automatic regulating valve which can change the flow resistance and a controller which is separated by a diaphragm into two independent chambers. Install on the return water pipe when in use. The channel automatic regulating valve is an actuator, and the power of its action comes from the pressure difference change between the water supply pressure P1 and the return water pressure P2. The controller is a pressure difference comparator, the pressure difference is selected according to the resistance of the controlled heating system, and the spring reaction in the return water side is used to balance the pressure difference between the water supply and the water. When some users of the controlled heating system adjust the room temperature, the resistance increases or decreases, it will cause the circulation flow to change until the pressure on both sides of the diaphragm is balanced, so that the internal control system is automatically adjusted.
