Three, the working principle of the track plug valve

When the valve is fully open, the channel of the plug is aligned with the channel of the valve body to ensure the ideal minimum pressure drop. When turning the handwheel, the stopper will turn in the direction of the valve, while driving the valve disc to turn 90 degrees, when continuing to turn the handwheel, the stopper will press down, causing the valve to open to both sides, and the valve disc will press firmly against the seat, causing the valve to close. When the handwheel rotates in the opposite direction, first make the plug move upward, so that the valve disc is detached from the seat, continue to turn the handwheel, so that the plug drives the valve disc to rotate 90 degrees, and finally the channel of the plug is aligned with the channel of the valve body, so that the valve is fully open. The advantage of the valve is that in the process of opening the valve, the valve disc and the seat are in a state of detachment, the process of switching is zero friction, will not make the sealing surface wear, and the seal adopts a soft seal, so that the seal is zero leakage when closed
