The electronic electric two-seat regulating valve is composed of 3810L type (or PSL series) direct-stroke electric sub-actuator and straight-through two-seat valve. Contains servo function, accepts the unified 4-20mA or 1-5V·DC standard signal, converts the current signal into the corresponding linear displacement, automatically controls the opening of the regulating valve, and achieves the continuous adjustment of the process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature and liquid level of the fluid in the pipeline.
The valve seat has two spool balls, the fluid acting on the upper and lower spool thrust, the opposite direction and the size is close, the unbalance force is small, the allowed pressure difference is large, the rated flow coefficient is larger than the single-seat valve of the same caliber, but the valve leakage is larger than the single-seat valve.
It is suitable for clean media where the leakage requirement is not strict and the pressure difference between the front and back of the valve is large.
The electronic electric two-seat regulating valve adopts the double guide structure, which has the characteristics of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics, convenient disassembly and so on.
