Three-piece flanged ball valve is an integral part of internal thread ball valve and butt welded ball valve. The casting of three-piece flanged ball valve body adopts the new technology introduced from Taiwan, which has reasonable structure and beautiful shape. Three-piece flanged ball valve seat adopts elastic sealing structure, reliable sealing, easy opening and closing. The valve stem adopts the down-mounted structure with reverse seal, and the valve stem will not be rushed out when the valve chamber is abnormally pressurized. Butt weld (BW) socket weld (SW) is available, and both can be equipped with standard ISO support platform and locking device. Three-piece ball valve set 90° switch positioning mechanism, according to the need to lock to prevent misoperation, driving mode: manual, electric, pneumatic.

Main use
Three-piece flanged ball valve is suitable for PN1.0 ~ 4.0MPa, working temperature -29 ~ 180℃(sealing ring for enhanced polytetrafluoroethylene) or -29 ~ 300℃(sealing ring for para polystyrene) of various pipelines, used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. Choose different materials, can be applied to water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid and other media.

Three piece flange ball valve product overview
Compared with the two-piece flange ball valve, the three-piece flange ball valve has a middle valve body connection structure, and it is also the upgrade of the three-piece internal thread ball valve. The screw connection mode is upgraded to the flange connection mode, which facilitates the installation, disassembly and maintenance of the pipeline.
