Scope of application

Because the sealing form and sealing material of the traditional ball valve are fundamentally changed, and the high temperature and high pressure resistance of the valve is improved, the valve seat structure and shape are unique, and the sealing surface has uniform force, small deformation and high pressure capacity in the closed state. The bottom of the sealing ring is provided with stainless steel winding gasket, so that the bottom of the sealing ring is removed from the inner wall of the valve body, resulting in a certain space, when the ball core is pressed on the seat sealing ring, the sealing ring is deformed and elastic, and the pre-tightening and compensation are used, because the seat is elastic, reducing the wear and tear of the seat and the ball core and the operation is light, so that the valve can maintain good sealing performance under any conditions. Using high temperature resistant sealing material, the service temperature can exceed 600. C, with high temperature, high pressure, corrosion, wear and other characteristics. The corresponding ball core can be hardened in three ways according to the nature of the medium, and its surface hardness can reach HRC 70. Bubble seal, measured to zero leakage, the valve has excellent fire cutting performance. It can be used in pipelines with high temperature, high pressure, steam and rapid temperature changes, ultra-low temperature pipelines, catalysts of catalytic and cracking units, oil slurry systems and oil and gas pipelines of coke towers in coking units.
