Q21F three-piece loose butt welding ball valve

Q21F three-piece loose butt welding ball valve is suitable for PN1.0 ~ 6.4MPa, working temperature -29 ~ 180℃(sealing ring for enhanced polytetrafluoroethylene) or -29 ~ 300℃(sealing ring for para polystyrene) of various pipelines, used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. The selection of different materials can be applied to water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid and other media.

1 Consists of three parts to facilitate later maintenance and replacement.

The 2-step silica sol process has reasonable structure and beautiful shape.

3 The seat adopts the elastic sealing structure, the switch is labor-saving, lightweight, and the sealing performance is good.

4 Valve stem with inverted seal under the structure, the valve stem will not fly out because of internal pressure, to ensure safety.
