Forged steel ball valve product introduction
The forged steel ball valve is suitable for various pipelines of Class150 ~ Class2500, PN16 ~ PN160, which is used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. Choose different materials, forged steel ball valve can be applied to water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing medium, urea and other media. The drive mode of forged steel ball valve is manual, worm gear drive, pneumatic or electric. Forged steel ball valve generally adopts flange connection, can also use butt welding connection.
The forged steel ball valve has a wide selection of materials, and the inner material is uniform with nickel plated 316 material on the surface, and the sealing ring is made of special polymer materials. The forged steel ball valve is not only anti-corrosion, anti-vulcanization ability, fire prevention, anti-static, good sealing performance, the use of pressure and temperature range, full diameter and reduced diameter complete.
Hand forged steel ball valves are available with steel pressed handles or stainless steel cast handles. The handle is provided with a limit structure to set a limit at the opening and closing positions of the valve. When the valve is used on the key device, the limit block is provided with a lock hole to lock the switch position to avoid misoperation. The handle is clearly marked on and off.
The valve stem adopts A182F (1Cr13) integral forging and modulation treatment, and the hardness reaches HB220 ~ 250. The valve stem is connected with the handle by a flat key or spline or square, which is versatile and easy to disassemble and assemble. The valve stem is provided with an anti-blowout structure. The packing of the valve is made of braided, flexible graphite sealing ring or tetrafluoroene sealing ring, so that the valve stem can achieve reliable sealing under certain lubrication conditions.

The forged steel ball valve is provided with a 90° switch positioning piece with a lock hole, which can be locked if necessary to prevent misoperation. The position of the handle mounting on the head of the valve stem adopts a flat design. When the forged steel ball valve is opened, the handle is parallel to the pipe, and when the forged steel ball valve is closed, the handle is perpendicular to the pipe, which can ensure that the switch indication of the forged steel ball valve will not be wrong.
