Ball valve

Fixed ball valve is a style of high performance ball valve. Compared with floating ball valves, fixed ball valves are special in their operation in that the force generated by the fluid pressure in front of the valve is fully transmitted to the bearing, without causing the ball to move against the seat. This feature makes the seat not bear too much pressure, so the torque of the fixed ball valve is small, the deformation of the seat is small, the sealing performance is stable, and the service life is long. This ball valve is suitable for high pressure and large diameter working conditions, performance is good. It also features a spring-loaded pre-seat assembly with self-tightening properties for an effective upstream seal. Each valve has two seats to seal in different directions, and there is less need to consider flow restrictions during installation because of its bidirectional sealing function. The fixed ball valve has two main valve body structures, which are two pieces and three pieces. The middle flange is bolted and sealed in a stainless steel ring with reinforced teflon. There is no spring behind the ring to ensure a tight seal between the seat and the ball. The flow aperture of the valve is consistent with the inner diameter of the pipeline, which is convenient for pipeline cleaning and maintenance. This ball valve is suitable for different media, including steam, gas, petroleum, weak acid and alkali and strong acid and alkali corrosive media, etc., which can be applied to different fields.
